The Edgerton Center relies on a close partnership with the MIT Museum and the MIT Center for Environmental Health Sciences. Both organizations also provide their own K-12 enrichment programs.

Educational opportunities are available through the MIT Museum.  The Museum offers hands-on workshops aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and designed to inspire interest in science, technology, and engineering. Workshops are available for students in grades 6 and above, as well as adult and senior groups by special request.  To learn more or request a visit, contact the Museum directly.

In addition, the Community Outreach and Education and Engagement Core of the MIT Center for Environmental Health Sciences focuses on educational opportunities for the K–12 school community, health care professionals, and families in the form of classroom activities, museum partnerships, teacher and nurse workshops, and other programs.

Many more opportunities exist on-campus through other MIT resources, many found at Outreach.MIT.edu
