Edgerton Outreach - Since 1996, our science and engineering field trips have provided primary and secondary school students with activities that cultivate curiosity and a sense of accomplishment in science and engineering.
How to participate
Our three-hour classes are available during the school day (which includes a 15-30 minute mid-point bio break). Edgerton Outreach is able to offer in-person programming on-campus, in addition to offering Remote instruction for Flashlight Building or Quizboards. Start times are determined through consensus with MIT and school instructors. The program is available at no cost to public school classes, private school classes, homeschool groups, and community groups.
